The following persons were arrested and booked into the Chambers County Jail.

Individuals arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty by a court of law. Note that not all persons allegedly charged committed the crime in Chambers County, only perhaps arrested in Chambers County on outstanding warrant(s) or for violating the law while in Chambers County.

Jail Log 10-14-13 – 10-21-13

William Lajuan Alexander, 46, of Houston, was arrested on Oct. 17, for warrant charges for bank fraud, in La., felony offense, not released.

Joseph Anderson, 56, of Baytown, was arrested on Oct. 16, for charges for driving while intoxicated, 15 days jail time set per judge, class B misdemeanor, not released.

Shane Royce Baty, 33, of Wallisville, was arrested on Oct. 14, for charges for public intoxication, class C misdemeanor, released same day with time to pay $500 fine per JP2.

Brandon Rivens, 29, of Baytown, was arrested on Oct. 15, for charges for reckless driving, class B misdemeanor, released on Oct. 16 on $2,000 bond.

Adam Michael Boyd, 26, of Winnie, was arrested on Oct. 18, for warrant charges for theft of services, valued at more than $1,500, but less than $20k, state jail felony offense, released on Oct. 19 on $10,000 bond.

Christopher Heath Broussard, 41, of Anahuac, was arrested on Oct. 20, for charges for failure to drive in single lane, class C misdemeanor, released same day on $150 fine.

Marvel Lee Bushnell, 35, of Houston, was arrested on Oct. 19, for charges for driving while intoxicated, class B misdemeanor, released on Oct. 20 on $2,000 bond.

Dana Land Cain, 41, of Anahuac, was arrested on Oct. 20, for charges for injury to a child, elderly or disabled person, with the intent to cause bodily injury, third degree felony offense, not released.

Jay Carr, Jr., 51, of Wallisville, was arrested on Oct. 14, for charges for assault causing bodily injury-family violence, class A misdemeanor, and warrant charges for parole violation, felony offense, released on Oct. 16 to be transferred to ICF with bond set at $2,000.

Sakilahmed Chalawala, 47, of Scarborough, ON, was arrested on Oct. 16, for warrant charges for driving while intoxicated, 5 days jail time set per judge with 2 days credit, class B misdemeanor, released on Oct. 17 for time served.

Zachary Ramon Clay, 23, of Baton Rouge, La., was arrested on Oct. 17 for warrant charges for homicide, in Ferriday PD, La., felony offense, not released.

Todd Eric Denton, 30, of Winnie, was arrested on Oct. 17, for charges for theft of property, valued at more than $500, but less than $1,500, class A misdemeanor, released on Oct. 19 on $4,000 bond.

Greg Timothy Driggers, 36, of Elba, Al., was arrested on Oct. 17, for charges for possession of a controlled substance, with intent to deliver, second degree felony offense, not released with bond set at $20,000.

Justin Wayne Duraso, 30, of Winnie, was arrested on Oct. 15, for charges for possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 2, in an amount of more than 4grams, but less than 400 grams, second degree felony offense, and driving with an invalid license with a previous conviction and or suspension and without financial responsibility, class B misdemeanor, not released with bonds totaling $12,000 set.

Courtland Lamart Fleming, 22, of Houston, was arrested on Oct. 16, for warrant charges for possession of marijuana, 10 days jail time set per judge, class B misdemeanor, not released.

Mickey Waylon Galley, 33, of Wallisville, was arrested on Oct. 17, for charges for operating an unregistered all terrain vehicle, class C misdemeanor, released on Oct. 18 for time served and $200 fine.

Jon Cody Guillory, 23, of Leander, was arrested on Oct. 15, for warrant charges for evading arrest in Austin, class A misdemeanor, and charges for possession of marijuana, less than 2oz, class B misdemeanor, not released with bonds totaling $7,000 set.

Lesley Harbison, 36, of Anahuac, was arrested on Oct. 18, for charges for criminal trespass, class B misdemeanor, released on Oct. 19 on $500 personal recognizance bond per JP2.

Jerry Thomas Hargrave, 45, of Baytown, was arrested on Oct. 19, for charges for driving while intoxicated, class B misdemeanor, released same day on $2,000 bond.

Rodney Lee Harringron, 48, of Wallisville, was arrested on Oct. 16, for charges for assault causing bodily injury-family violence, class A misdemeanor, released on Oct. 17 on bond.

Anita Marie Holloway, 24, of Belton, was arrested on Oct. 17, for charges for manufacturing and or delivering a controlled substance, penalty group 1, more than 1 gram, less than 4 grams, second degree felony offense, not released with bond set at $20,000.

Russell Phillip Howell, 20, of Pasadena, was arrested on Oct. 14, for warrant charges for two counts of possession of marijuana, both are misdemeanors, released on Oct. 19 on $4,000 bond and $769 fine.

Rickey Doyle Luce, Jr., 19, of Dayton, was arrested on Oct. 15, for warrant charges evading arrest and or detention, class A misdemeanor, released on Oct. 19 on $4,000 bond.

Nicole Leeann McDaniel, 27, of Anahuac, was arrested on Oct. 15, for warrant charges for no insurance, no inspection sticker, no financial responsibility, no valid inspection, and public intoxication, all are class C misdemeanors, released due to medical reason with fines totaling $1,904.

Arnulfo Mejia, 29 of Houston, was arrested on Oct. 18 for charges for driving while intoxicated, class A misdemeanor, and immigration hold, felony offense, not released with bond set at $2,000.

Tyler Wayne Melton, 21, of Orange, was arrested on Oct. 16 for charges for possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 2, less than 1 gram, state jail felony offense, not released with bond set at $10,000.

Raymond Oharold Mills, 34, of Baton Rouge, La., was arrested on Oct. 21, for warrant charges for possession of marijuana, less than 4oz, more than 5lbs, state jail felony offense, not released with bond set at $35,000.

Eli Miranda, 23, of Houston, was arrested on Oct. 20, for charges for driving with invalid license with previous conviction and or suspension and without financial responsibility, class B misdemeanor, not released with bonds totaling $12,000 set.

Charles Laverne Morris, 44, of Anahuac, was arrested on Oct. 15 for warrant charges for assault causing bodily injury-family violence, class A misdemeanor, released Oct. 16 on $4,000 personal recognizance bond per JP2.

James Dewey Moss, 32, of Baytown, was arrested on Oct. 16, for warrant charges for terrorist threats, class B misdemeanor, released same day on $4,000 personal recognizance bond per JP2.

Julian Andre Mouton, 28, of Beaumont, was arrested on Oct. 15, for charges for assault causing bodily injury-family violence, class A misdemeanor, released on Oct. 16 on $4,000 bond.

Isabel Hoiping Ng, 34, of Houston, was arrested on Oct. 17, for charges for assault causing bodily injury-family violence, class A misdemeanor, released same day on $4,000 cash bond.

Brandon Ray Ortiz, 28, of Anahuac, was arrested on Oct. 16, to start 366 days sentence in TDC/FSRA, third degree felony offense.

Kreig James Petteway, 29, of Austin, was arrested on Oct. 15, for charges for possession of marijuana, less than 2oz, class B misdemeanor, released same day on $2,000 bond.

Rifka Elizabeth Pfitzner, 40, of Bridgeport, was arrested on Oct. 19, for warrant charges for burglary of a habitation, third degree felony offense, not released.

Joe Ismael Ramirez, 23, of Pharr, was arrested on Oct. 14, for charges for no drivers license, and no liability insurance, both are class C misdemeanors, released Oct. 15 on bonds totaling $1,000.

Ashley Renee Revia, 28, of Hankamer, was arrested on Oct. 20, for warrant charges for driving while intoxicated in Montgomery County, class A misdemeanor, not released, bond set at $10,000.

James Logan Ruff, 22, of Winnie, was arrested on Oct. 18, for warrant charges for aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury, first degree felony offense, not released with bond set at $50,000.

Max Lee Ruff, 21, of Winnie, was arrested on Oct. 17, for warrant charges for aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury, first degree felony offense, not released with bond set at $50,000.

Khiry Kiam Samuel, 20, of Baytown, was arrested on Oct. 15, for charges for possession of marijuana, less than 2oz, class B misdemeanor, released same day on $2,000 bond.

Juan Diego Sanchez, 27, of Baytown, was arrested on Oct. 14, for charges for assault causing bodily injury-family violence, class A misdemeanor and immigration detainer, felony offense, not released with bond set at $4,000.

Rusty Sherrill, 57, of Bacliff, was arrested on Oct. 17, for warrant charges for aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury, first degree felony offense, not released.

Max Kenneth Smith, Jr., of Anahuac, was arrested on Oct. 18, for charges for assault causing bodily injury-family violence, class A misdemeanor, not released with bond set at $4,000.

Michael Scott Vanis, 43, of Crosby, was arrested on Oct. 16, for warrant charges for criminal mischief, more than $500, less than $1,500 of damages, class A misdemeanor, released on Oct. 17 on $10,000 bond.

John David Wise, 51, of Nederland, was arrested on Oct. 19, for charges for driving with invalid license with previous conviction and or suspension and without financial responsibility, class B misdemeanor, released on Oct. 20 on $2,000 bond.
