Gaston Aloysius Gagné, III passed away on Tues., July 26, 2011 at his residence. He was a loving father, husband, son, brother, grandfather, uncle, nephew and friend.

Gaston was preceded in death by his father, Gaston Aloysius Gagné, Jr. He is survived by his wife of twelve years, Elizabeth "Liz" Gagné; son, Gaston "Sonny" Gagné IV; mother, Tessie Gagné; sisters, Stephanie Gagné, Gina Brown (Roderick), and Bridgett Gagné; daughters, Leslie Myers and Robin Greeninger; nieces, Alexia Brown and Lauren Gonzales; nephew, Dalton Freeland; grandson, Hunter Myers; aunt, Belle Lemond and a host of other family and friends.

Gaston was a firefighter with the City of Baytown for seventeen years after serving his country in the US Navy. He was a Christian man who loved helping people. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, marital arts (Karate), and performing as a clown with Baytown's clown program Beat Alley. He was a dedicated and active member of his community and impacted the lives of so many. Gaston's life was marked by many acts of kindness and benevolence to those around him. He will be remembered for his good humor, adventurous spirit and ever helping hands.

A visitation will be held Saturday, July 30, 2011 from 9-11am with a rosary at 10:30am followed by a funeral mass at 11:00am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 3730 FM 160 N, Raywood, TX. Burial will follow at Raywood Cemetery and a repast at the church hall.
