DAYTON - The Dayton Police and Fire Museum of the Dayton Historical Society have released their first Dayton Police and Fire Museum Calendars for 2023, and they are currently available to anyone for only $15.

“ We ordered 200 calendars and at the time, we thought maybe that was too many,” said Alan Conner at the November 14th meeting of the committee, “ but they have sold so fast that we’re wishing we had ordered more.”

The calendars offer a look into the vast history of the Dayton Volunteer Fire Department and the Dayton Police Department. The first half of the calendar is devoted to fire department members, while the second half is given to law enforcement.

“Every effort was made to include everybody,” added Conner, “but if we did leave someone out, rest assured we’ll make every effort to get them into next year’s calendar.”

If you are looking for a great Christmas gift or just need a calendar for your home or office, the calendars are available from Mary Ellen Conner at (936) 334-4088 (call or text) or by email at mconner@aconner.net while supplies last.
