LIBERTY MASONIC LODGE SELLING TURKEYS

Our cooks are getting ready to start preparing our annual Brined Cured Smoked Turkeys for Thanksgiving. It will take over 45 hours to complete a perfect Brine Cured Smoked Turkey; 35 hours soaking in the cure and 12 hours slow smoking in our walk-in pit. A turkey that has been brined and cured before smoking creates that extra touch that retains its moisture and makes it so much juicier and flavorful. Many of our customers have been purchasing Brine Cured Smoked Turkeys from us for over 16 years because it’s a taste you just cannot get any other way. Come taste the difference this Thanksgiving. Liberty Masonic Lodge is the only source for a fully Brine Cured Smoked Turkey for Thanksgiving. Tickets for an estimated 14-16 lb. Turkey are $49 each and all proceeds benefit student scholarships, building fund and local charitable donations. The Turkeys for this year will be larger than what we delivered last year. Don’t delay, we have a limited number of tickets to sell and the deadline for ordering is November 5th and pick up will be Saturday November 20th at the Masonic lodge building located at 500 Fannin.
