LIBERTY — The Liberty County Republican Women’s Club held a special Friendsgiving event on Tuesday, Nov. 18, at New Work Family Worship Center. Those friends included club members, elected officials and candidates for office in the upcoming 2026 Republican Party Primary. The meal featured authentic homemade Louisiana gumbo, by club President Sarah Vickery, with delicious sides and desserts from the members.
