Gator Nation's Myah Humphrey looks up court on Friday night in Tomball against Covenant House in the Alodia 2025 National Championship Tournament.

TOMBALL— A local AAU Basketball program hit the road last weekend as they competed in the Alodia 2025 National Championship Tournament.

On Friday night, Gator Nation invaded Tomball at Willow Wood Junior High against Covenant Hoops in 12U action.

Gator Nation jumped out to a big early lead and never looked back as the Anahuac girls won 27-2.

Harmony Terry scored the first six points for Gator Notion with her third bucket coming off an offensive rebound to make it 6-0. Myah Humphrey followed by scoring on a three-point play and the lead was 9-0.

Midway through the first half, Humphrey got a steal and scored the other way, giving the team a 15-0 advantage. Charleigh Bolds then put up back-to-back buckets to run the score to 21-0.

Just before the end of the first half, Lily Dugat grabbed an offensive rebound and scored as Gator Nation would lead 25-0 at the break.

The second half did not see a made bucket by either team as the only points for Gator Nation were two made free throws by Journey Moore, which made the score 27-0.

Bolds led Gator Nation in scoring with eight points and Terry added six. Humphrey chipped in with five.

Despite the win, Gator Nation did not place in the Tournament.

"We played hard, we just didn't quite have enough," said Head Coach David Humphrey.
