Trivium Club News

The Trivium Club of Liberty held its February meeting at St. Stephen’s Parish Hall. Hostesses for the meeting were Donna Barranco, Cindy Liles, and Ashley Campbell.

HomeLife Counselor Debbie Dugger shared with members the negative and positive effects of the COVID Pandemic on family life, and members participated in the discussion. Education Counselor, Alaina Arnold, focused on Liberty ISD Foundation activities, including the weekend Freedom Ride and the upcoming April 23 Gala honoring former teacher and Prancer director Mary Jane Ripkowski. Tickets are $75 and are available online through the foundation. She also explained the Amazon Smile Program, which allows a percentage of purchases made through Amazon to be directed to charities such as the LISD Foundation.

Katie Smart presented a program on the Benefits of Yoga and shared her path to becoming a certified yoga instructor with the club. Members participated in yoga exercises directed by Katie.

The March meeting of the Trivium Club will be held in the home of Julie Hebert.
