BARTON RECOGNIZED FOR SERVICE TO DAYTON

Former Dayton City Councilman Troy Barton was recognized by Mayor Caroline Wadzeck at Monday night’s council meeting for his time on the council. Wadzeck spoke of the positive things Barton did for the city and how they will impact residents today and in the future.
