Dayton students’ perfect rockets

Principles of Applied Engineering have been working on perfecting their vinegar and baking soda rockets. They have been learning what goes into the structural design of an aerodynamic object and how chemical reactions can create the right conditions to fuel their designs.

The students had a great time applying what they have been learning to an actual representation of how it all goes together! Thank you Mr. Bode for providing this opportunity for students to learn by doing!!
