Liberty County GOP collects toys

Sarah Vickery and Lisa Smesny went on a shopping spree over the weekend as part of the Liberty County Republican Party Christmas Toy Drive. The organization collected toys and cash donations to purchase gifts for children in custody of Child Protective Services.
“It was a real pleasure to go out and do some shopping for the kids. There is always great joy in giving and being able to serve others is indeed a blessing. I’m thankful that I was asked to be a part of such a wonderful act of kindness and love during this Christmas season,” said Vickery.
