Hinch welcomes newest Texans

It was a special day in the courtroom of Liberty County Court at Law No. 2 Judge Wes Hinch, as a group of youngsters saw their journey to become Texans made official. Hinch presided over the cases of Jane and Jonas Marley and Jonah Elder.
The Marley children were adopted from Kyrgyzstan by Kort and Morgan Marley, while Elder hails from Russia and was adopted into the family of Cory and Leah Elder. Hinch officially issued all three children a Texas Birth Certificate.
