Gallegos was transported to the Harris County Jail and will be extradited back to Liberty county.
“We would like to extend a special thank you to Harris County Pct.3 Assistant Chief Rick Larkin, Corporal Steven Dugat and the members of their Criminal Investigation Unit,” said Police Chief Robert Vine. “Working together makes all of our communities safer.”
