Armstrong named District’s Offensive MVP

The 25-2A Girls All-District Team saw a pair of Evadale players grab the Co-MVP honors in Whitley Carter and Malery Dougharty.

Hull-Daisetta guard Kaylei Armstrong was named the district’s Offensive MVP. The sophomore had a big pair of games against Sabine Pass this season, scoring 70 and 59.

A pair of Lady Cats made the first-team in Vaquaylon Haskins and Kaidyn Smith.

Landing on the second team for Hull-Daisetta was Allyssa Gartner.

Kenzie Schroeder of West Hardin was named the District’s Defensive MVP along with Bryn Wilkinson of Evadale.

The District’s Newcomer of the Year was Kyndall Schroeder of the Lady Oilers.
