Dayton scores late to notch 4-3 win over La Porte
The Vindicator | Jerry Michalsky — The Dayton soccer team is all smiles after a nice 4-3 victory over La Porte in the Vidor Invitational on Saturday morning.
The best two teams of the Nederland Invitational met on Saturday morning at a rain soaked Ivan Croak Field as the Dayton Broncos and La Porte squared off on the pitch in a game that featured a wild second half which saw five goals scored in a 12-minute stretch between both teams that in the end saw Dayton get the game winner with just 2 minutes left to take a 4-3 win over the Bulldogs.
