Liberty CC Teams looking for big season

It should be a big year for the Liberty boys and girls cross country teams in 2022.

Senior Patrick Flowers is leading the way for Joe Roberts bunch on the boys side and looking for another big year.

Flowers and the rest of his teammates will get started at the Huffman XC Relays on Aug. 13.

The Panthers then participate at the GCCISD Invitational on Aug.27 in Baytown.

After an open week, Liberty will get really busy as they will run in the Dayton Bronco Invitational on Sept. 17 and then host their own Tony Munson Invitational on Sept. 24.

The Panthers then travel to Mont Belvieu the following Saturday for the Soaring Eagles Invitational.

Liberty will run at the Lake Houston Invitational at Huffman High School on Oct. 6 before hosting the District 21-4A Meet at City Park on Oct. 13.

The Region III meet will be on Oct. 25 in Huntsville.

Joining Roberts on the coaching staff will be Casey Evans and Kasey Howard.
