Plascencia heading to Regional’s for Lady Broncos

Dayton’s Jessica Plascencia has been running strong all season long for Head Coach Michael Asbill. The senior’s hard work has paid off as she is going to the Regional Meet after finishing in 3rd place at the District 21-5A Girls Cross Country Meet held on Friday. Plascencia ran a 20:30. Samantha Sanchez finished in 19th place for the Lady Broncos, while Maiyah Phoummarath was 24th. Nevaeh Ives crossed the finish line in 30th place, and Eleora Ellison was 43rd. Dayton finished in 4th place in the team totals. The Regional Championship will be October 25 in Huntsville.
