My brother, Alan, and I enjoy getting a good joke on each other. We were stalking some wild hogs and I got eighteen yards from my target. I drew my bow and nailed my shot. I told Alan, “Now that’s how it’s done, little brother!”
Alan went on ahead as I started dragging my game back to the truck. I came to a shallow (I thought) pool of water. I took one step into the pool and sank up to my waist! However, the bad part was my brother knew about the hole and was on the other end of the pool. He got the whole thing on his video camera!
The Bible warns, “…let him who thinks he stands take heed lest he fall.” (1 Corinthians 10:12)
