DISCLAIMER: The following persons were arrested and booked into the Chambers County Jail. Individuals arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty by a court of law. NOTE that NOT all persons allegedly charged committed the crime. Perhaps the individual was arrested in Chambers County on outstanding warrant(s) or for violating the law while in Chambers County and, or their cases are dismissed or disposed after further review by a judge.

September 14, the following individuals were arrested for:

KENNETH RAY GALLOW, of Orange, was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

JESUS HEREDIA, of Lufkin, was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

NAJIYA ANDRE GREEN, of Port Arthur, was arrested for an accident involving damage to a vehicle.

KELLEN DEWAYNE SCOTT, of Baytown, assault causes bodily injury of a family member.

September 15, the following individuals were arrested for:

TAVIONE TERRELL GUSTAVE, of Napoleonville, LA, was arrested for possession of marijuana greater than 2oz and or less than 4oz.

MAURICIO RANGEL, of Rosharon, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and violation of driver’s license restriction.

CEDRIC BROWN, of Baton Rouge, LA, was arrested on a warrant for BF-evading arrested detention.

BRENDA D THOMPSON, of Dayton, was arrested on a warrant for cruelty to non-livestock.

CHRISTOPHER SCOTT BARTON, of Liberty, was arrested for driving with a suspended and or invalid license.

DRESDEM JAHLEEL PARKER, of Beaumont, was arrested on a warrant for theft of property greater than $2,500 and or less than $30K.

TONUA SWANYANWEATHERSPOON, of La Porte, was arrested on a warrant for driving while intoxicated with three convictions.

JANET CONSUELO SCHMIDT, of Houston, was arrested for public intoxication.

CESAR ALEJANDRO LUMBRERAS, of Baytown, was arrested on a warrant for sex offenders' duty to register.

DUSTIN MICHAEL ST. GERMAIN, of Baytown, was arrested for driving while intoxicated. With three or more convictions.

DOMONICKA LANAY JOSEPH, of Winnie, was arrested for criminal trespass, possession of a controlled substance PG1/1-B less than 1 gram and possession and or delivery of a drug.

NEVILLE BRANDT MCCORKEL, of Dayton, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance PG1/1-B greater than 1 gram and or less than 4 grams.

September 16, the following individuals were arrested for:

MARGELL DEONTAE ANDERSON, of Lake Charles, LA, possession of a controlled substance PG1/1-B less than 1 gram and possession of marijuana less than 2oz.

TROY ANTHONY HIGHTOWER, of League City, was arrested on a warrant for theft of property less than $2,500 with two previous convictions.

EASTON DAVID ISAACKS, of Mont Belvieu, was arrested on warrants for burglary of a habitation, unlawful carrying of a weapon, two counts of theft of a firearm.

September 17, the following individuals were arrested for:

TYLER MCNEESE, of Dayton, was arrested on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance PG1/1-B greater than 1 gram and or less than 4 grams.

JOSHUA AARON GARZA, of Baytown, was arrested for assault and public intoxication.

September 18, the following individuals were arrested for:

KEITH FARVE, of Baytown, was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

MIGUEL APARICIO, of Port Arthur, was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

PATRICK LEVON TEAL, of Houston, was arrested on warrants for fraud use and or possession of identifying information and IND-theft from person.

LATRICE LENAE LAYMOND, of Houston, was arrested for possession of marijuana less than 2oz.

SHERMAN LEE BENSON JR., of Baytown, was arrested on a warrant for BR-assault of a family and or household member to impede breath.

DANERICO LAMAR HARRIS, of Baytown, was arrested for assault causes bodily injury of a family member.

JORGE EUTIMIO VELA, of Baytown, was arrested for possession of marijuana greater than 4oz and or less than 5 pounds.

ELIJAH MONDELL MITCHELL, of Beaumont, was arrested for possession of marijuana less than 2oz.

GAGE EDWIN MARSHALL, of Baytown, was arrested for possession of marijuana less than 2oz and unlawful carrying of a weapon.

September 19, the following individuals were arrested for:

RONALD LYNN WALTER, of Baytown, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance PG1/1-B less than 1 gram.

VIRGIL DAVIS WARD, of Highlands, was arrested on a warrant for evading arrest detention with a vehicle.

SAVANNAH SUZANNE MITCHELL, of Lumberton, was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a child.

GAGE LLOYD LEATH, of Anahuac, was arrested for manslaughter.

September 20, the following individuals were arrested for:

SHANDRICA MARIE BERFECT, of Katy, was arrested for engaging in organized criminal activity and theft of property greater than $750 and or less than $2,500.

RICHARD ALLEN MACYKO, of Dayton, was arrested for possession of a dangerous drug and driving with an invalid and or suspended license with previous convictions.

KEVIN TIMOTHY SITTON, of Baytown, was arrested for injury to a child and or elderly and or disable person.
