Sgt. John Headrick with the Liberty County Sheriff’s Department gave a PowerPoint presentation to the Libertad Daughters of the American Revolution and their guests. He explained the process of purchasing vehicles for the sheriff ’s department, then what goes into that afterwards, including mounting the “ red lights,” decals on each side, radios, computers, cameras, and such like.
