CCSO welcomes new K-9

ANAHUAC– Through the Shane Detwiler Foundation, Cheryl Railsback (front center), president of the foundation and mother of Detwiler, and Mike Railsback (front center) donate Bama, a Dutch shepherd, to the Chambers County Sheriff’s Office. Bama's handler, Cpl. Deputy Jerry Bingman (left), grins ear to ear alongside his new companion as Sheriff Brian Hawthorne (right), Commissioner Ryan Dagley (back left), Commissioner Tommy Hammond, County Judge Jimmy Sylvia and Commissioner Mark Tice show support. After Detwiler passed in the line of duty, Cheryl created the foundation and donated multiple K-9s to CCSO.
