DISCLAIMER: The following persons were arrested and booked into the Chambers County Jail. Individuals arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty by a court of law. NOTE that NOT all persons allegedly charged committed the crime. Perhaps the individual was arrested in Chambers County on outstanding warrant(s) or for violating the law while in Chambers County and, or their cases are dismissed or disposed after further review by a judge.

July 27 the following individual were arrested for:

MICAH LEE SUGGS, of Beach City, was arrested for assault cause bodily injury of a family member.

ROBERT ANTHONY SCHOLES, of Bacliff, was arrested on a warrant for aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury.

DALTON DANIEL WALKER, of Crosby, was arrested for public intoxication.

SARAH MICHELLE CHAVARRIA, of Channelview, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance PG1/1-B greater than 1 gram and or less than 4 grams.

MARGARET MARTINEZ AGUINAGA, of Houston, was arrested for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of marijuana less than 2oz.

THOMAS JOHNSON, of Richmond, was arrested on a warrant for assault of a family member.

KEVIN PEREA, of Houston, was arrested on a warrant for criminal trespass.

ASHLEY CHANTAL LEWIS, of Dayton, was arrested for driving with a suspended and or invalid license with previous conviction.

JESSICA CHAVES, of Baytown, was arrested for public intoxication.

ERIC GARCIA SAENZ, of Baytown, was arrested on warrant for tampering and or fabricating physical evidence and accident involving damage to vehicle.

LENARD JONES, of Wallisville, was arrested for public intoxication, burglary of vehicle and false report inducing emergency responds.

July 28 the following individual were arrested for:

EVEN HUDGENS, of Bacliff, was arrested for reckless driving.

DEVAN DIOR NISBET, of Baytown, was arrested for assault causing bodily injury of a family member.

TERRANCE JERRELL ALEXANDER, of Houston, was arrested on warrant for BF-aggravated assault against a public service, BF-two counts of evading arrest detention with a vehicle, BF-theft of property greater than $2500 and or less than $30K, BF-criminal mischief.

ANGELA JEAN HUDSON, of Baytown, was arrested for BR-possession of a controlled substance PG1/1-B less than 1 gram.

MALCOM MALONE, of Baytown, was arrested for unlawful carrying of a weapon.

JOHN WILLIAM DOWDY IV, of Baytown, was arrested for injury of a child and or elderly and or disable person.

EION LEE ELLINGTON, of Dayton, was arrested for theft of property less than $100.

JOANNA VICTORIA BRELAND, of Dayton, theft of property less than $100.

July 29, the following individual were arrested for:

TERRI RENEE DRAPER, of Deridder, LA, was arrested on a warrant for driving while intoxicated.

PAUL CHRISTOPHER MERCER, of Cleveland, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance PG2 greater than 4 grams and or less than 400 grams.

HUEY RAY MARTIN, of Beaumont, was arrested on warrants for manufacturing and or tamping with physical evidence with intent, prohibited substance and or item in correction facility.

July 30 the following individual were arrested for:

DAKEST DORRION JACKSON, of Chicago, IL, was arrested on warrants for IND-fraud possession of use credit card and or debt card and IND-fraud use and or possession of identifying information.

CAILI MICHELLE CALLAWAY, of Hull, was arrested on a warrant for theft of property greater than $750 and or less than $2,500.

AMANDA DARLENE CARMICHAEL, of Vidor, was arrested on warrants for BF-fail to identify fugitive with intent and BF-possession of a controlled substance PG1/1-B less than 1 gram.

JOSHUA WAYNE PARROTT, of Daisetta, was arrested on warrant for theft of property greater than $750 and or less than $2,500.

BRYSON MATTHEW WARE, of Old River Winfree, was arrested on a warrant for possession of a control substance PG1/1-B less than 1 gram.

MAX DALE KOBER, of Winnie, was arrested on a warrant for assault causes bodily injury.

MARC ANTHONY MENDOZA, of Humble, was arrested on warrants for theft of a firearm, two counts of burglary of a vehicle and theft of property greater than $2500 and or less than $30k.

July 31, the following individual were arrested for:

NATHALY CONSUELO SALGADO, of Channelview, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance PG2 less than 1 gram.

ETHAN THOMAS GRABILL, of Highlands, was arrested for evading arrest detention with vehicle and possession of a controlled substance PG2 less than 1 gram.

GIOVANLI VILLALOBOZ, of Dayton, was arrested on a warrant for assault causing bodily injury of a family member.

GERALYN D’NE FOUNTAIN, of Houston, was arrested on a warrant for prostitution.

COURTNEY BRUNEA MORGAN, of Crosby, was arrested for evading arrest detention with previous conviction.

JOE GARZA, of Houston, was arrested on warrant for IND-possession of a controlled substance PG1/1-B greater than 1 gram and or less than 4 grams.

JAKIA MONE ALLEN, of Houston, was arrested on a warrant for theft of service greater than $2,500 and or less than $30K.

JOSHUA ANTHONY PERALEZ, of San Antonio, was arrested for possession of marijuana greater than 4oz, and less than 5 pounds.

MAURICE DEWAYNE MORRIS JR., of Orange, was arrested on a warrant for theft of property greater than $100 and or less than $750.

August 1, the following individual were arrested for:

DAVID CLARENCE PINKNEY, of Houston, was arrested on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance PG1/1-B greater than 4 grams and or less than 200 grams.

KEVIN CASTRO, of Houston, was arrested on a warrant for BF-reckless driving.

JOHN JOE GUILLEN, no address, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance PG1/1-B greater than 4 grams and or less than 200 grams.

MICHAEL JOSEPH BOUGEOIS, of Winnie, was arrested on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance PG2 greater than 1 gram and or less than 4 grams.

ANTHONY EARL LLES, of Vidor, was arrested on warrants for BF-evading arrest detention with vehicle and BF-possession of a controlled substance PG1 less than 1 gram.

DALLAS TYRELL BRADY, of Dickenson, was arrested for manufacturing and or delivery of a controlled substance PG1/1-B greater than 400 grams and possession of a controlled substance PG2 greater than 400 grams.

NORAH ANNE BRAUN, of Harlingen, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance PG1/1-B greater than 4 gram and or less than 200 grams, possession of a controlled substance PG2 greater than 4 grams and or less than 200 grams, failure to identify and public intoxication.

GAGE LLOYD LEATH, of Anahuac, was arrested on two counts of manslaughter.

JOSE FRANCISCO TORRES MARTINEZ, of Port Arthur, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance PG/1-B greater than 400 grams.

SUMMER LYNN WELCH, of Baytown, was arrested for assault causes bodily injury of a family member.

August 2, the following individual were arrested for:

JUSTIN MATTHEW CLARK, of Cleveland, was arrested for driving while intoxicated with two convictions.

COLT NUGENT WALKER, of Anahuac, was arrested on a warrant for disorderly conduct.

LEODARDO OVIEDO, of Sulphur, LA, was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

SHELLEY SUSANNE QUIGLEY, of Mont Belvieu, was arrested for assault cause bodily injury of a family member.
