Panthers to face tough competition early
ANAHUAC— It will be a tough start to the 2025 football season for the Anahuac Panthers, as they will open against two talented opponents.

The season will start at Hitchcock on Aug. 29 against one of the tougher 3A schools around.

Homecoming 2025 will be Sept. 19 against Lutheran South Academy, in a game the Panthers will look to get some revenge after losing that shootout a season ago.
District play will get underway next Friday against Kirbyville.
A tough road trip will follow on Oct. 3 at the Orangefield Bobcats.
The "Swamp Bowl" takes place at Kyle White Stadium this year on Oct. 10 as those pesky East Chambers Buccaneers come to town.
A short week will follow as the Panthers will take a Thursday night trip to Buna.
On Thursday, Oct. 23, the Hardin Hornets will come swarming into Anahuac for a big game.
