Cleveland City Manager leaving

The City of Cleveland got some unexpected news last week as City Manager announced that he would be leaving the position he has held the last year. Pennington will be taking a position in city management in the Houston area and will stay on until January, while Cleveland establishes a plan for moving on and finding a new city manager.

Pennington has worked in Cleveland for the past seven years, first as finance director and assistant city manager, before taking on the role as city manager.
