BOYS BASKETBALL ROUND-UP

NEW WAVERLY 46 TARKINGTON 43 — The Tarkington Longhorns traveled to New Waverly on Friday afternoon and dropped a tough 46-43 decision to the Bulldogs. Tarkington will be in action again on December 30-31 at the LCM Tournament.

CLEVELAND 52 BRIDGE CITY 45 —The Indians improved to 4-9 on the season with a 52-45 win over Bridge City on Tuesday night at home.

HARDIN 51 TRINITY 49 — The Hardin Hornets continued their fine season and opened district play in style with a 51-49 over Trinity on Friday night. The win moved Hardin to 10-2 on the season and 1-0 in district play.

LIVINGSTON 45 LIBERTY 35 — The Lions of Livingston grabbed the district opening win against Liberty 45-35 on Friday night. The Panthers will host Bridge City at home on December 28.
