Hardin hires new Head Football Coach

News broke at the close of the school year that Hardin Hornets Head Football Coach Ned Barrier was departing that position after only two seasons.

Now the Hornets have officially named his replacement with the hiring of Jake Smith.

Smith comes to the Hornets from Lumberton High School where he served as the Raiders Offensive Coordinator.

Hardin finished last season 3-6 overall with a pair of wins in district.
