LIBERTY – During an impromptu ceremony at halftime of the Liberty vs Dayton 35 plus Alumni Basketball Game, Liberty County Sheriff Bobby Rader recognized Chick Baldwin for his years of commitment to the community as an official in numerous sporting leagues. Baldwin was officiating the game on Sunday, and Rader recounted several stories about Baldwin and his commitment to the community.
