DAYTON

Madi Alvarado dominated on Friday night at home as she held Porter to just two hits while striking out 11 to lead the Dayton Lady Broncos to a 7-0 win over the Lady Spartans. Dayton scored four runs in the third inning to move in front, and that is all Alvarado would need. Mika Anthony-Conner and Ava Horrell homered for the Lady Broncos. Anthony-Conner finished with three hits and three RBIs. Ariana Zuniga had two doubles and an RBI.

LIBERTY

Bailee Slack and Abbie Key each homered, and Liberty won their 28th straight game on Friday night at home with a 12-2 victory over Livingston in five innings. Slack finished with two hits and two RBIs, and Key added a pair of RBIs. Hollie Thomas had a pair of doubles and an RBI, while Kylee Bishop and Breezy Pantalion each finished with a pair of hits. Brookelyn Taylor pitched three innings and struck out eight in getting the win on the mound. Bishop pitched the final two innings and added a couple of strikeouts.

CLEVELAND

The Willis Lady Wildkats scored eight runs in the fifth inning to break open a close game and Willis would go on to beat Cleveland 16-6 on Friday night in district play. Kaniya Waller led the offense with three hits and a pair of RBIs and Fabiola Sauceda added two hits and scored a pair of runs.

HARDIN

The Hardin Lady Hornets dropped their game to Kirbyville on Friday night at home 13-0. Kayleigh Fregia had two of the four Hardin hits at the plate. Jocelyn Armstrong and Olivia Dryden pitched for the Lady Hornets on the mound.
