Cleveland voters have a pair of decisions to make this Saturday, June 18 as they select two new city council members in the City of Cleveland Runoff Election.

The polls are open from 7 am – 7 pm at the Cleveland Civic Center as voters will decide who will fill positions 4 and 5.

In the race for Council Position 4, Desiree D. David and Rachel Hall were the top two vote getters in the May 7 Election, both besting Councilwoman Delores Terry. David led all candidates in that race with 260 votes, besting Hall with 220 and Terry with 189.

Voters will also decide the race for Council Position 5 between Fred Terrell and Mike Doyle. Terrell came just short of winning the May 7 race outright with 311 votes, while Doyle received 207 and Erika Montesnieto came in third with 110 votes. The winner of Saturdays race will fill the seat of outgoing councilman Danny Lee.

The winners will take the oath of office at the Tuesday, June 21 council meeting.

The Cleveland Civic Center is located at 210 Peach Ave.
