AUSTIN — The Liberty Lady Panthers have their eyes on the big prize, and they went to work with a purpose by punching their ticket to the Class 4A State Championship game and a rematch with Corpus Christi Calallen.
They met up with Canton High School in the Class 4A State Semifinals on Thursday night at Red and Charlene McCombs Field; using 13 hits and nine strikeouts from Brookelyn Taylor, the Liberty Lady Panthers needed only six innings to take care of business 10-0.
