Read morePASADENA- Last Tuesday night, the Dayton Lady Broncos traveled to Pasadena and got a clean sweep, with all three Dayton teams coming away with wins. The varsity Lady Broncos used a big fourth quarter to grab a 4821 win. Dayton led 7-2 after the first quarter and 15-9 at the half.

LIBERTY- All night long, the Lady Panthers had trouble putting the ball in the basket, and a lot of the credit could be given to the Barbers Hill pressure defense as the Lady Eagles rolled to a 52-18 win on Tuesday night in a non-district affair.

SPLENDORA- Xavier Venegas sank a three-pointer with :03 seconds left in the game to give the Cleveland Indians a 6361 win over the Santa Fe Indians in the Championship game of the Splendora Tournament on Saturday afternoon. All five of Venegas’s field goals in the second half were three-pointers, as he finished with a game-high 22 points.

GOODRICH- The Hull-Daisetta Lady Cats have a heck of a one-two punch in Kaylei Armstrong and Vaquaylon Haskins, and the duo combined for 47 points on Friday night at the Goodrich Classic. Hull-Daisetta knocked off the host team Goodrich Lady Hornets 64-35 in a semi-final matchup.

NAVASOTA- The Dayton Lady Broncos jumped out to a big early lead and then held on at the end as the heroics of Cleveland’s Taylor Spencer came up a little short as the Lady Broncos won 51-49 on Saturday afternoon on the final game of the Rattler Classic.
