The Dayton Chamber of Commerce held a Ribbon Cutting for Hearts & Minds Early Learning Center Wednesday, Jan. 27. Hearts & Minds is accepting students between 6 weeks old to 12 years old. They offer transportation to all four elementary campuses in Dayton. They will be offering a summer program that typically includes two field trips a week. They do have specials for Dayton City employees, DISD teachers, military, and first responder families.
